We sell materials by the CUBIC YARD.

Depending on the product, the one cubic yard you buy may weigh 200 pounds, 1,000 pounds, or more than a ton.

(Weight increases when wet, volume does not. Remember this when deciding whether to purchase materials by yard or by weight! When material is wet, you get even less per ton – not so per cubic yard. )
